NIRSA Region V Leadership

Lauren Brown (they/she) is honored to serve as the new Region V Representative. Lauren currently serves as the Director of Student Recreation at Red Rocks Community College in Colorado, where they work alongside an incredible team to grow student engagement, wellness, and leadership through campus recreation.
They have been involved with NIRSA for several years and continue to be inspired by the passionate professionals and students that make up Region V. Lauren is especially excited to represent such a diverse region of campuses, voices, and ideas—while fostering connection, collaboration, and continued growth.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing in various (gay) sports leagues, exploring the Colorado outdoors, and spending time with their cat, Emmy, and pup, Ollie.
They look forward to serving, supporting, and learning with the Region V community this year!
