Happy July, Region V

Many of our institutions are seeing the end of summer quickly approaching. For me, I can’t believe I’m starting staff trainings in 2 weeks – They say time flies when you’re having fun! However, the start of the fall semester means we are inching closer and closer to our Regional Conference in Fort Collins, CO, regional soccer and flag football tournaments, and the excitement of seeing our students back on campus and participating in recreation and wellness programs. While we are all prepared for a busy few months, I always re-center myself by seeing my students and colleagues succeed, I hope many of you can find the same center.

We have exciting updates for Region V below – please read on to learn more from our NIRSA president, Region V Representative information, and information about the Regional Conference in Fort Collins.
